ABOUT USTastes Catering provides business catering to organisations in central London. We are based in SE1 (London Bridge) and have been in business for 20 years. Tastes supplies a range of catering services from our 24 hour kitchen to London organisations delivered in our refrigerated vans Our core business is meeting room catering for groups of 6 – 1000. However, we regularly provide catering for seminars, presentations and events which require canapés, platters and even chefs and waiting staff. We provide hot food in hot boxes and where appropriate, chefs to serve. Our regular customers include corporate companies, large legal firms, conference centres, membership organisations and adjudication panels. For ease of use, ordering is conducted through our website but we are an interactive company in that we are always happy to speak to customers. ABOUT OUR FOODWe make our food fresh and by hand in our 24 hour industrial kitchen. We create our own recipes and use fresh ingredients with no additives or preservatives. The service and quality from our suppliers is monitored consistently. All our meat is halal. Food is kept in refrigerated cold rooms but is not frozen at any point. Food is generally used within 24 hours of arrival at Tastes. ABOUT OUR MENU SELECTIONThe majority of our customers ask for cold meeting room catering – this is typically in the form of set lunches and ‘daily’ lunches. Based on customer feedback – we created ‘daily’ menus for customers who have multiple day catering and required variety. This has proved very popular, particularly for clients delivering on-site training over several days. We do create bespoke menus for larger groups or groups who require ‘deluxe’ catering. ABOUT OUR EVENT CATERINGCustomers regularly require bespoke ‘event’ catering, particularly in the summer, in the form of catering for larger numbers. Event catering may be for formal seated guests although is mainly requested ‘buffet style ‘. Tastes Catering can supply equipment, waiting staff, chefs and a supervisor where relevant. |
