Bloomberg
With
England's challenge for the Euro 2004 Cup in June earlier
this year, Bloomberg - the media giant - wanted to hold
screenings of every major game for its clients at their
offices in central London. Bloomberg decided that they
wanted an authentic feel to the catering while their
clients watched the football on the big screens. With
an attendance of over 400 for each game, our chefs put
together an imaginative hot and cold canapé and
finger food menu themed around the two countries playing
each game.
Another
challenge was to make the food 'substantial' enough
to cater for the tastes of a predominately male audience!
Our vastly experienced team of international chefs designed
the menus as the championship progressed, tailoring
the recipes accordingly.
