Having opened a new state-of-the-art training centre
with 12 training rooms and no catering facilities, Reed
Training needed a catering supplier that could offer
their delegates a consistently high-quality lunch. The
delegates, who are often on courses for one week or
more, needed a catering service that offered a delicious
variety every single day.
As
it is possible for 12 different groups to be training
simultaneously, it is imperative that the lunches are
delivered on time and labelled accordingly. Delegates
only break for 30 minutes and look forward to a healthy,
light, but substantial lunch. Menus include a selection
of healthy finger food items, freshly-filled traditional
and speciality breads with tropical fruit and home-made
cakes.
