Regus
Regus business centres provide meeting facilities and
training rooms across 180 cities worldwide.
They have 20 prime locations in central London. Tastes
Catering was asked to provide a catering solution. With
no on-site catering facilities, all food preparation
had to be done at our purpose-built catering kitchen
in Bermondsey SE1. Menus were freshly prepared each
morning and delivered to each centre all individually
labelled with client name and room reference for easy
distribution by the client.
The logistical aspect was an important factor as it
was imperative to deliver 1st class food on time, every
time, in a safe and professional manner. A sophisticated
computer ordering and processing system was installed
to streamline ordering and kitchen production. Additional
refrigerated vehicles and experienced drivers were taken
on. A good working relationship with the centre managers
was built and we listened to their feedback, which has
helped us to further develop and improve our menus and
services. We believe that by working together with Regus
we have supplied a truly unique bespoke catering solution.
